I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations in the hotel. The attention to detail in the general areas was remarkable. It felt like walking into a cozy home away from home. The accessibility for senior people was impressive, with wide corridors, comfortable seating areas, and grab handles in the bathroom. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and convenient.

I would have appreciated clearer instructions for senior people, especially regarding the use of the elevator. The children working there were helpful, but a little more guidance would have made our vacation even better.

Fantastic Location -. This superb flat is attractively located in the heart of London, just a stone's throw away from popular points of interest such as St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, and Westminster Abbey. It's like having all the main attractions in your backyard!
